Speaking of our incredible Overland Park personal trainers, we’re excited to welcome Erick back to our team! If you’ve worked with him before, you already know his passion for helping clients feel their best.
Erick’s fire for being a great coach for his clients and players was born out of his drive to be the best baseball player he could be. Not being the biggest or the strongest led him to lean into determination and learning about skill, technique, and training methods.
Erick is a dedicated life-longer learner and his passion led him to getting his Masters in Kinesiology and becoming a Player Development Coach for Avila University’s baseball team.
His goal is to help people untangle their movement limitations and gain ownership of their body. His training is scaled to meet you where you are and help you progress towards achieving your goals with every single session.
