What's included in our Senior Fitness in-person Pure Balance Program?

  • Pre- and post-assessment testing in a variety of areas like balance, weight, and fitness level

  • Sessions are crafted with an effective curriculum led by our professional team

  • Held in a fun, social environment with groups of 5-8 people

  • Amazing participant results: 30% improvement in balance and strength

  • Sensory warmup and vision training are included to help wake up the brain before exercise

  • Memory, attention, and daily brain exercises incorporated with the latest software developed by the world’s top neuroscientists

  • Personalized workout tips and nutrition advisement from the instructor for you to take home
