Greg herrenbruck

LMT, PTA

One of the greatest things about the body is how adaptive and resilient it is. The body will continue to move whether correctly or not. Greg became a massage therapist to help guide clients to understand their body, decrease soft tissue restrictions, and change muscle memory so their body is resilient in a more functional way.

He has been a massage therapist since 2004 and has developed his technique through over 5,000 hours of bodywork. In 2010, Greg’s passion for helping his clients expanded when he earned his Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 2012. He spent 8 years in all levels of rehabilitation and developed a deeper understanding of injuries and their pathologies as well as the psychological toll that chronic or sudden injuries can cause.  In recent years, Greg has begun combining this deeper understanding of anatomy into his massage technique along with his compassion to help each individual whether they are training for a triathlon, recovering from orthopedic surgery or just chronic aches and pains that debilitate everyday life.

Reid Johnson

PT, DPT, CPT

Reid became a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Personal Trainer to help bridge the space between injury and pain-free physical activity. As a young athlete who dealt with chronic back and hip pain, he understands that there are both mental and physical barriers to achieving long-term healing.

His experiences inspired him to learn how to integrate the science between movement, pain, and rehabilitation. This expertise allows his clients to gain confidence in their bodies with strength training. Reid believes that no one should feel fragile or have to give up the physical activities they once loved due to age or injury. With proper guidance and progression, you deserve to be pain-free and resilient!

Heather Schultz

CPT, CES, PES, CCYI

Heather found her love for fitness from a young age being involved in gymnastics, swimming, tennis, and softball. Her experiences using movement to help her feel her best led her to pursue a career in personal training. Since then she has attended Wellspring Allied School of Health, is a NASM Performance Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Muscle Activation Techniques Practitioner.

This expertise allows her to guide her clients to their physical and aesthetic goals because she believes that no matter where you are in life, you should be able to do the things you enjoy!

Jacob Jacobs

PT, DPT, CSCS, MBA

Jacob experienced his first significant injury while playing baseball in middle school. Thanks to working with his PT, he was able to return to play pain-free. This inspired him to help others do the same. He believes that no athlete should feel the pain of being unable to play the sport they love whether it be due to injury or aging.

In order to fulfill his passion, he chose to pursue a BA in Biology, an MBA, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University. This allows him to have a high level of knowledge and discernment to help athletes return to the sport they love. His passion is working with contact sports athletes to reach their highest playing potential and to enjoy a long and healthy playing career.

Diane Beckley

NFPT-CPT, MAT, BS-BMS, BS-C

Growing up, Diane has always taken an interest in science and how the human body works. Her own health journey led her to strength training to help her heal from surgeries. Now, she has helped empower and teach her clients to harness that same control in their bodies.

Diane pursued an education in Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Personal Training, and Muscle Activation Techniques in order to better navigate the intricacies of the body. This helps her simplify and personalize a program to fit your specific needs.

When you work with Diane, you will go from feeling unsure and confused to strong and in control. She will come alongside you on your road to feeling your best, tailoring your training to meet you where you are at. She believes the things you cannot do should not overpower the things you can do!
