Our Approach

We approach nutrition coaching by listening to our clients’ needs and what they want to accomplish, learning how they live, discovering what’s really important to them, and working together to create the right nutrition approach based on their goals and lifestyle. Then we coach them through the process, helping with the inevitable roadblocks along the way to success.

 Much like our approach to fitness – where exercise is to satisfy the needs of the individual, not fit the individual to the exercise – we make good nutrition work for you. Not the other way around. So healthy eating becomes an easy and enjoyable part of your entire life.


While trial-and-error does play a role in finding out what works for your body, we can take it a step further by utilizing objective data to determine what is the optimal amounts and types of food that are best for your specific goals, as well as how to incorporate those foods that are typically thought of as “bad”, but actually play right into the overall program to continue progress.



It’s not about depriving yourself of your favorite foods. It’s not about only eating lettuce leaves and never having an alcoholic beverage. What it is about is finding the nutrition program that works for your body to align with your fitness goals, your lifestyle, and your well-being.
